Where do we meet our tour leader?
The meeting point is outside the Acropolis metro station on Makrigianni street (entrance-exit of the station: Makrigianni Str / D. Areopagitou Str), 20 metres from our guests’ lounge at 5 Porinou Street, 117 42, Athens

How long in advance should I make my reservation?
The earliest possible to ensure availability.

Should I bring my Passport?
You should bring with you either your passport, your ID or your Driver’s License.

How many people can join my group?
The best to us is 6 people per tour, in order for everyone to feel comfortable.

What is the recommended age and weight?
All guests must be 12 years old or above. And have a maximum weight of 120 kg (250 pounds).

In which languages is the tour available?
Our main language is English, but we can offer our tours in French, Russian, Spanish and German as private tours.

What do we do if it rains?
Rain is not usual during the summer months in Athens, but if this is the case we can arrange an alternative schedule, or fully refund you immediately.

What if I am late?
It is essential for you to be on time at our meeting point.
The maximum time you can be late is 10 minutes. You will lose the briefing in our lounge but you cannot miss the training on the segways. Without the training you cannot participate in the tour and no refunds will be made. -
Do we enter any archaeological sites?
We will not go inside archaeological sites and museum, because the tours are specially designed to present the historic centre of Athens in a time span of three hours.
Your tour leader is not a simple licensed guide. He/She is an accredited archeologist, specially trained for supervising the tour and make sure that you get the most out of it.

Is this tour suitable for children?
Yes, it is, as long as they are at least 12 years old.

What should I wear?
Comfortable flat shoes, are better and safer than high heels, sandals or flip flops. Please avoid bringing heavy items with you such as large backpacks, large purses or bulky bags.

What happens if I cancel?
Reservations require a full deposit via pay pall or credit card. A confirmation email with the date and time of the tour will be sent to you. You may cancel the tour 48 hours prior the tour for a full refund.
In case of cancellation the tour is refundable up to 2 days (48 hours) before the tour. The deposit will not be refunded for any reason within the last 48 hours before your scheduled tour.

Can I book a private tour?
Yes, you can. You may enjoy one of our Segway tours alone or with your friends or colleagues. Larger groups might have to split. Just contact us and we will be glad to help you.

We are located at 5 Porinou Street, 117 42, Athens (20 metres away from Acropolis metro station).

I have never been on a segway before! Do you offer training?
No need to worry. Before every tour we do a special training session until you feel comfortable. It is incredibly easy to drive a Segway, just give it around 10 minutes of time and you will be gliding with us with a big smile on your face!
